Preparing For Your Training

Your Training Schedule:

  • Training Times: Vary depending on the training. Check your confirmation email and text message for correct times.
  • Registration: commences half an hour prior to training on day one.
  • There will usually be water, tea and coffee provided – You will need to supply your own lunch and snacks.

Public Transport:
The 705 Bus from Mordialloc Train Station to Springvale Train Station stops right outside the Business Centre on Garden Blvd.

Lots of FREE Parking is available at back of TLCC HQ building on Elm Tree Drive. The entrance to the College is through the glass doors under the Business Centre sign. If you find the lake you can see the Business Centre sign! Just walk up the stairs and you will see our reception area behind you.
Secure Parking car parks are close by, with discount rates offered for booking online. Check out the Secure Parking website for options.
Various public car parks are available in the area. We recommend downloading the Parkopedia Parking app to find the most suitable option for you.
Paid public car parking is available nearby.
Food Options:
Small onsite kitchens are available with fridge and microwave facilities. An onsite cafe is open Mon-Fri with sandwiches and some hot food.

World Square is right next door to the venue, with lots of food outlets and lots of other cafes and restaurants in the area.

No food is allowed to be brought in and consumed on the premises. Limited food options are available opposite the venue at Student One, 363 Adelaide Street.

Centrally located so there are many cafes close to the venue for lunch options.

What To Bring:

  • Jumpers – The training room is set to 19 degrees!
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Any special pens or notepads you like to use – There will be lots of note taking!
  • Any special snacks that meet your own dietary requirements
  • A willingness to learn
  • A willingness to stretch yourself
  • A willingness to be more curious than you have ever been!
  • A smile
  • A readiness to assist those around you as they embark on this part of their training
  • A willingness to play at 100%


We suggest you compare the training venues' website with other discount accommodation websites. We've found that sometimes the venues sites are cheaper and sometimes the other sites. It's best to do your own checking so you are not disappointed.
